Beam Easy Living Center's Annual Keeping Kids Safe Festival |

In 2004, Beam Easy Living Center began its annual Keeping Kids Safe Festival to
provide important information to parents and children about child safety. Headlining the event is
Marc Klaas and the Klaas Kids Foundation providing their unique "Bio Doc" non database
photo, fingerprint DNA identification program to the children of Nevada County. Below are some photos from previous years successful event. |

Annually the event draws 3000 people and results in about 1000 kids receiving ID kits administered by the Klass Kids Foundations. The community is able to meet Marc Klaas in person and receive important safety information from local Police and Fire agencies in a fun, festive format chock-full of free fun activities, prizes and food. |
